SMS & Communication Consent

SynaRoot Consulting uses SMS (text messaging) to support a smooth client experience. This page explains what to expect, how to manage your messages, and how we stay compliant with industry standards, including A2P 10DLC requirements.
Sender
All text messages are sent by SynaRoot Consulting (operated by SynaRoot Consulting LLC, Houston, TX).
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to SynaRoot Consulting, whether through a form, booking page, or direct communication, you agree to receive text messages from us related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Consultation scheduling updates
- Service-related notifications and follow-ups
- Important updates about your engagement with us
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
SynaRoot Consulting does not currently send promotional or marketing text messages. If that ever changes, promotional messages will require a separate, clearly labeled opt-in and will never be sent based on the consent collected for appointments and service updates.

Message frequency varies based on your activity, appointments, and ongoing projects with SynaRoot Consulting.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SynaRoot Consulting does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from SynaRoot Consulting.
To resume messages later, reply START or contact us directly.

Privacy of Your Mobile Information
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and any consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with service providers (such as our messaging platform) is used solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.
Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
